Refer a business to Social Baniya. When it becomes a paying client, you earn a commission. We pay it from our own fee, so it never adds a rupee to the client’s bill.
Social Baniya’s partner program pays 20% of the management fee we receive from each business you refer, for as long as that business remains a paying client, excluding GST. The business pays the same published fee as every other client. Partners are approved before they get a link, and nothing is paid on introductions that do not become paying clients.

20% of the fee, for as long as that business remains a paying client. This is arithmetic on our published prices, not a forecast: you earn only when a business you referred signs up and pays. Ad spend is paid to Meta and Google, is not part of our fee and earns no commission.

How we protect the people you introduce.
- The same price for everyone. A referred business pays the published fee. The commission comes out of our fee, not on top of it.
- No pressure and no surprises. We contact a business only with its consent, and we tell it that a partner introduced it.
- You introduce, we advise. Partners never audit, advise or promise results for us. We do the work and stand behind it.
- Their data stays with us. You will learn only whether a business became a client, never its ad results, invoices or account details.
The rules, in plain English.
- Who can join. Anyone aged 18 or over in India, as an individual or a business. We review each application ourselves and decide whether to approve it.
- What counts as a referral. A business that reaches us through your link or code, or that you introduce to us in writing (WhatsApp or email) before we first speak to it, and that we are not already in touch with or working for.
- What you earn. 20% of the management fee we actually receive from the business, excluding GST and ad spend, for as long as that business remains a paying client. It is earned only on fees we have actually received.
- When you are paid. We pay you as soon as the client’s payment reaches us, by bank transfer to an account in your own name. After approval we ask for the details needed to pay you, such as PAN and bank details; we do not collect them on this website. Taxes such as TDS apply as the law requires, and a GST invoice is needed if you are GST-registered.
- What does not earn a commission. Yourself, or a business you own or run; businesses that were already in touch with us; introductions made by spam or a purchased list; leads from ads that use our name or website; and any business that does not pay.
- How you must behave. Say clearly that you are a Social Baniya partner who earns a commission when you recommend us. Do not promise results, discounts or prices other than those on our Packages page, do not speak for us and do not take money from any business on our behalf.
- Our records and decisions. We keep the records of who referred whom and decide in good faith. If you ask, we explain a decision in writing. We may pause or end the program or a partner’s access at any time; commission already earned on earlier referrals is still paid. Changes to these rules apply to new referrals only.
- Not employment. You are an independent partner, not an employee or agent of Social Baniya, and you cannot commit us to anything.

Partner program questions
No. Every client pays the published fee. The commission comes out of our fee, not on top of it, and partners are not allowed to quote any other price.
Approved partners get a personal link and code. When someone opens a page through your link and sends us a request, we link it to you. You can also introduce a business by writing to us with its name and number, with its consent, before we first speak to it. We keep the records, and we tell you honestly if a referral does not count.
We pay you as soon as the client’s payment reaches us, by bank transfer to an account in your own name. See rule 4 in the program rules below.
No. Individuals and businesses can join. Tax rules such as TDS and GST depend on your status.
No. Joining is free and there is no minimum number of referrals.
You can share your link wherever you normally talk to business owners. Do not run ads that use the name Social Baniya or look like our website.
