Dealer-network marketing: enquiries from the right dealers
A dealer enquiry and a retail enquiry are different leads. We build separate campaigns and qualify each.
Social Baniya runs Meta Ads for agri-input, manufacturing and product brands that sell through dealers and distributors: regional targeting, local-language creatives, lead forms that qualify dealers by territory and volume, and WhatsApp follow-up. We do not yet publish a verified dealer-network case study; the method below is how we build one.
- Best for
- Agri-input, feed, carpet, apparel and other product brands recruiting dealers and distributors
- Channels
- Meta Ads with regional targeting; Google Search for dealer and distributor queries
- What we track
- Cost per dealer enquiry, qualified-dealer rate, territory coverage, enquiry-to-order rate
- Proof
- No verified dealer-network case study is published yet; results for a carpet brand are in our queue
- Fee
- From ₹10,000 a month (Meta), plus GST; ad spend separate
Why dealer lead generation is different
Dealers are fewer, buy in volume and decide after speaking to you, often in their own language and by WhatsApp. A dealer-network brand also has two audiences: dealers who sell the product and the end customer who uses it. Mixing them in one campaign hides which one the money is buying.
How we run a dealer-network account
- Separate dealer and customer campaigns. Each has its own message and budget.
- Territory by territory. Regional targeting by district or state, so you open the territories you want and not the ones you already serve.
- Local-language creatives. Ads in the dealer’s language, with a product video that builds trust faster than a brochure.
- Forms built for low bandwidth. Short instant forms that work on a basic phone and ask territory, current business and expected volume.
- WhatsApp follow-up. Catalogue, price list and minimum order quantity sent the same hour.
What we measure
Reported every week
| Measure | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Cost per dealer enquiry | The price of a conversation with a prospective dealer |
| Qualified-dealer rate | The share with the territory and volume you want |
| Territory coverage | Where enquiries come from versus where you want them |
| Enquiry-to-order rate | The share that places a first order |

Dealer and agri brands: your questions answered
By targeting the regions and business types you want, using local-language creatives and forms that ask territory and expected volume, then following up on WhatsApp with the catalogue and minimum order quantity.
Yes. Creatives and form wording can be in the language your dealers use. This website is in English; your ads need not be.
It depends on the product, the territory and how you define an enquiry. We do not quote a number until we have read your account; we report cost per qualified dealer, not only per form fill.
