What you would do
Plan, launch and improve Meta and Google Ads campaigns, read the numbers every week and explain them to clients in plain language.
What we look for
Hands-on Meta or Google Ads experience, comfort with spreadsheets, and honesty about what the data says.

What you would do
Make ad creatives, short videos and UGC-style edits that are tested every week and replaced when they stop working.

A portfolio of ads or short videos, speed with editing tools and a feel for what stops a scroll.

Build fast landing pages and fix tracking so that ad clicks turn into enquiries that can be measured.

Clean HTML, CSS and JavaScript or a builder you know deeply, and care for page speed and forms that work on a phone.

How we work, and what we would expect of you.

  • Real accounts. You would work on live Meta and Google Ads accounts, the kind behind the case studies on this site.
  • Every number has a source. We publish screenshots with their date ranges, not round numbers. You would be expected to work the same way.
  • A weekly rhythm. Weekly report + 30-minute review, so you see what changed and why. See how we work.
  • A founder who reviews the work. Abhishek Gupta is involved in strategy and weekly reviews, so feedback is direct.

Questions about working with us

We list open positions on this page when there are any. Even when none is listed, you can apply: we keep applications on file for 12 months and write to you if a role opens that fits.

Yes. Choose “Fresher” for experience. We look at what you have made or learned, such as a campaign you ran for a family shop, a portfolio or a course project, more than at degrees.

No. We never charge candidates for applying, interviewing, training, equipment or joining. If anyone asks you for money in our name, please tell us at abhishek@socialbaniya.com.

No. A link to your LinkedIn profile or to work you are proud of is enough. If you do upload a CV it must be a PDF or Word file under 2 MB.

Only the people who handle hiring at Social Baniya can open them. If you are not hired we keep them for 12 months and then delete them, and you can ask us to delete them sooner. The privacy policy has the details.
